MANUAL
Apply TENDONIL ARNICA on the limbs and muscles by light massages, before exercise for good preparation and after exercise to help the recovery of muscles and tendons. Do not rub. Do not use for prolonged application under bandages. Do not apply to open wounds or scrapes. External use. Contains no doping substances.

COMPOSITION
Triester of hyper-oxygenated glycerol, Rosemary essence, Arnica montana *, Elichrysum italicum (Immortelle).
