Instructions
Immediately after a performance, liberally massage the areas of the skin under which the sensitive muscles and tendons are located with cream and, if necessary, repeat this twice a day for 2-3 days. Use externally only, avoid contact with eyes and wounds and keep out of reach of children. It is recommended not to use the product 3 days before a competition.
