Horse and Others Equine Species

Indications
Broad spectrum anthelmintic against immature and mature stages of nematodes of the gastrointestinal tract of horses and other equines: Large and small strongyles, ascarids, oxyurids and Strongyloides species.

Dosages for each Target Species and Other Method and Route of Administration
- Routine dosage is 7.5 mg fenbendazole/kg body weight corresponding to 24g (Contents of 1 syringe) for 600 kg Body Weight.
- Diarrhoea caused by Strongyloides westeri in suckling foals should be treated with a dose of 50 mg fenbendazole/kg body weight corresponding to 24 g (contents of 1 syringe) for 90 kg body weight
- For Control of encysted mucosal small redworm larvae a dose rate of 7.5 mg fenbendazole/kg bodyweight daily for 5 days is required.
