The twin lock system (TLS), the patented rigid chinstrap, has been completely redesigned to provide maximum stability and hold that was previously exclusively reserved for motorcycle helmets. Made of thermoplastic resin, the chinstrap provides extended protection for the neck as the area covered is larger than in traditional helmets. The reinforcement that the chinstrap provides to the shell increases the resistance in the event of a side-on impact.
